3 - Stay away from soft drinks because it is full of sugar and dyes, as they damage the bones.

Eat fruits instead of squeezing them.

5 - Do not forget breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day. . Eat in moderation and don't eat until your stomach is completely full.

7 - Exercise your favorite sport even if 3 days a week.

8 - Reduce eating sweets, especially fatty ones such as Shamiya and Melvai and sisters.

9 - refrain from smoking immediately and without hesitation, harmful to you and those around you.

10 - Reduce table salt, sugar and white flour in your daily system.

11 - Stay away from possible fast food.

Drink enough water by at least 2 liters divided between meals.

How to have six pack



How to train abs correctly :

before doing abs make sure to have a great warm up first like the jumping rope or the walking machine because it will activate your abdominals.

My advice is don't kill yourself in the gym in order to have abs if you are not on a strict diet , because abs is the most muscle that it's built in the kitchen so in order to make a great group of abdominals you should have a diet.

Dont train abs with reps, do it with time like from 20 - 30 minutes .

If you want a great abs like any muscle play it twice a week but not every day because it will damage you more than it will enhance you .
Try to train abs with an empty stomach .

Its normal to drink water when you train abs but a little sips .

If you have a high body fat percentage train abs with no weights but if you already have abs and you want to enhance them play it with weights.

The type of food


Let's agree that the calories you eat will give you the bulk or the cut but the type of food you eat will affect in the future on your body .

Some powerful researches in 2019 proved that the type of food you eat will affect on your body so they took people and they split them in 2 groups :
Group 1 they ate healthy food and groupel 2 they ate junk food but the same amount of calories and protein and even sodium and fibers and they told them if they feel hungry they can eat more but only from the food of his group .

The results was that the group of the healthy food ate more calories than the other half although  they had the same amoumt of nutrition but from different sources but the speed of eating was faster for the junk food half the feeling of hungry was faster so they atemore fats but the half if the healthy food ate less. 

So the end of the story i recommend you to eat 75% of your food from a healthy source and there is no problem of eating a little bit of unhealthy food so dont push yourself in fonormally. at normally.

This is what happens to most novice bodybuilders:

Sometimes you see yourself in the mirror that you suffer from a lack of muscle growth or that there has been no change in size and growth ... Despite the obvious and great growth for others ....
Do you want to know the reason? .

This is because you want to be like those you see in the Internet, magazines, television, on the street or in the training hall where you train .... So you feel frustrated, failed and desperate and may stop training for a day or days or even months or years .. .. Because you feel that you are training in vain or interest .... You are mistaken 100/100 ... And you cause frustration yourself and despair .. Why?

Because you do not know that this sport (bodybuilding) is a sport depends on the psychological factor is very ... Do not you know that there is a strong link between the mind and muscle, which is called mental muscle response .... occurs during the focus on the muscle to be trained during exercise to feel it ... This has been proven by recent scientific research ... If there is no mental focus of the muscle and worked to speak and hear music did not feel by the pain, you did not exercise well.


Also practice to change your body for the better not to be like another human body ... Know that there is a difference in the type of body and nature and genes ..
