Healthy lifestyle



For a healthy lifestyle we offer you the following tips and guidance:

1- Eat at least one banana every day.

2 - eating a grip of nuts intention rich in natural fat whenever I felt hungry during the day.

3 - Stay away from soft drinks because it is full of sugar and dyes, as they damage the bones.

Eat fruits instead of squeezing them.

5 - Do not forget breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day. . Eat in moderation and don't eat until your stomach is completely full.

7 - Exercise your favorite sport even if 3 days a week.

8 - Reduce eating sweets, especially fatty ones such as Shamiya and Melvai and sisters.

9 - refrain from smoking immediately and without hesitation, harmful to you and those around you.

10 - Reduce table salt, sugar and white flour in your daily system.

11 - Stay away from possible fast food.

Drink enough water by at least 2 liters divided between meals.

13 - Try to use the ladder instead of the elevator.

14- Sleep at least 6 to 8 hours a day at night.
