Why your muscles do not grow

1 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you neglect the legs of the testosterone growth hormone.

2 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you are practicing your friend's course or system, "objects are different."

3 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you neglect to drink water all day to "keep the body moisturized."

4 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you are straining yourself with overworked exercises that "destroy your muscles."

5 Your muscles do not grow:

You do not take enough food or food supplements from a “soldier without a weapon”.

6 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you don't sleep from 7 to 9 hours a day.

7 Your muscles do not grow:

You do not change your exercise regimen. “The muscle goes back to the same exercise.”

8 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you exercise two big muscles together, “one muscle a day is enough.”

9 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you exercise more than an hour, the body secretes cortisol.

10 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you don't eat enough protein, “muscle food”

11 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you do not work hard and focus "laziness and negligence in performance."

12 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you have not adopted a method of weight gain or repetition, “putting muscle under pressure”.

13 Your muscles do not grow:

You did not move between “inflating and then drying,” and neglecting cardio and fitness exercises.

14 Your muscles do not grow:

Because you are resting less or more than two days a week, “you get lethargy.”
