Why you are not losing weight !?



The reasons why you have too much fats or staying in the same weight even if you are on a diet :

*you eat calories more than what your body needs.

*you don't train.

*you eat anything and you say its just a little bit.

*you don't eat enough protein.

*you eat big even if you eat healthy.

*you use sugary drinks or sugar in the drinks.

*you don't drink enough water.

*you have a health problem affecting you.(its not an excuse you can do it ).

*you can't stop yourself from eating too much junk foods and fast foods.

*you stupidly hunger yourself.

*your expectations are not real ( i don't mean don't dream but work hard as the dream is ).
