Light weight vs heavy weight



The difference between heavy weights and light in muscle building :

Heavy weights are commonly used to try
Strain the muscle quickly sit on
Increase in strength and muscle size ....

Light weights are used to reduce stress
And make blood send nutrients to build muscle to all parts of the body
Which is better in building muscle ?
There are many ways you exercise your muscles.

Some of the people who use light weight in exercise and therefore arrive from 10 to 15 minutes. Prestigious in building their body
Between 6-8 times from now?
