The type of food
Let's agree that the calories you eat will give you the bulk or the cut but the type of food you eat will affect in the future on your body .
Some powerful researches in 2019 proved that the type of food you eat will affect on your body so they took people and they split them in 2 groups :
Group 1 they ate healthy food and groupel 2 they ate junk food but the same amount of calories and protein and even sodium and fibers and they told them if they feel hungry they can eat more but only from the food of his group .
The results was that the group of the healthy food ate more calories than the other half although they had the same amoumt of nutrition but from different sources but the speed of eating was faster for the junk food half the feeling of hungry was faster so they atemore fats but the half if the healthy food ate less.
So the end of the story i recommend you to eat 75% of your food from a healthy source and there is no problem of eating a little bit of unhealthy food so dont push yourself in fonormally. at normally.
