Bulking tips



Golden tips for bulk :


1-Drink more than 2 liters of water per day.


2-Eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, oats, pasta, sweet potatoes) and healthy fats (olive oil, fish oil, avocado).


3- Immediately after exercise, take a banana or 10 grains of dates, black chocolate .


4 - Eat fruits and vegetables constantly. 


5 - Take a break 3 days a week.
