. Pull ups are a basic exercise that includes generally your back, in which you pull your body (bodyweight) to the bar, it’s not that easy because you got to do it right or you will risk damaging your shoulders and it will be an obstacle for you to train when you train other muscles you will automatically activate your shoulders.
1. First, you hold the bar and you try to pull your body up with keeping your back straight, chest out, your chin high and your shoulders are rotated back.
2 . Try to pull your chest towards the bar not the neck.
3. In the negative motion (when going down) try to control the whole range of motion and that will cause more tension on the muscle and more tension means more muscle growth.
