Fitness nowadays :
Fitness nowadays is really important in human's life in any age we can see some old people like 80 years old practice sport and doing cardio everyday because everyone now wants to live healthy and longer so there is no specific age for practising sport and being fit.
And fitness doesn't mean that you have to go to gym and lift weights you can be fit only by eating healthy and stop eating so much fast food and snacks , one of my favorite quotes says '' you are what you eat '' and that's so right bc if you will eat unhealthy food you will be unhealthy , if you eat unhealthy fat you will look fat.
And most of people don't want to be fit because they are too weak To get strict with a diet or a workout and they are too lazy to wake up early in the morning and practice sports and they start making excuses .
Everywhere in the social media we are seeing fitness models males/females and we can see the fitness industry taking over the social media and people start realizing that being fit is really important for you, your friends, your family and also your relationship because having a fit body is really attractive and sexy, people like to watch that shredded bodies with 6 packs and clear muscles.
