When we say olympia we will absolutely say the myth, the tank , the legendary "big ramy" . But unfortunately we are on Olympia's door and the tank is not competing but when he did the guest pose at a well known competition he was big as a bull shredded till the bones .
He got the center of attention of a well known bodybuilders such as phil heath ..... with not mentioning his fans who repeated the same word " mr Olympia 2019 " but everyone was shocked when we heard the big news saying he's not competing but why . He had been on a strict diet and a big preparation for about 3 months or more . What is going on . Maybe he is preparing to the competition in Europe in November but why he trained before 6 months maybe he wants the early qualification to the Olympia 2020 but why he killed it at training and strict diets for a competition in the next year or for the competition in Europe . Big ramy now looks like he is 3 weeks out to a big competition .
