To execute this exercise properly exhale until you empty your lungs and enter your abdomen inward at the same time and keep this position for at least 20 seconds and the longer the duration of the exercise the better, do this exercise after each repetition during the share of the abdomen you will notice its difficulty Whenever I penetrated into exercises.
