The benefits of sleeping



Game bodybuilding represented by 3 ribs namely


            (Nutrition _______ Exercise _________ Sleep)


When one of these elements is not available, the remaining two have no value


1 - Lack of adequate sleep

It affects the benefit of eating, and here affects the process of glycogen delivery to the muscles and thus there is no benefit from eating and exercise.


2 - the process of muscle recovery can not be obtained only at bedtime.

Because after exercise, break down in muscle fibers and lack of adequate sleep affects the recovery process.


3. Lack of adequate sleep

This leads to an increase in the hormone cortisol and hence the imbalance with the hormone GH, which is responsible for growth.


4 - not enough sleep

Affects your performance in exercise and weight lifting.


5. Best time to sleep

From the beginning of the night to dawn and the number of hours of sleep 8 hours
